    Default Vacant houses

When I pass by Haig Rd, I can't help but notice that this row of terraces remain vacant for some time.
On and off I see some form of inhabitants but they appear to be workers staying in it eg the unit next to the unit with the rental sign.

Does anyone know the reason why?
Could they be bought by some fund or organization?

do you know why it is vacant?

my 3rd eye can see that there are "unclean" things floating around in the photo.
if you have 3rd eye, you can also see floating clothes at the door, headless, handless, feetless beings
