But marketing agents like us are warned by the developer against using any "Clerm**t" name during our current presentation to clients - due to some copyright matters not finalized. We heard of a few agents being banned by Guocoland to further market this project because they have already started using the brand name during their current marketing.
Just saw the showflat yesterday during agents' briefing.
Comparison between DUO and TP180? Not good to mention it here since we are marketing both projects (and the future Marina One as well). Do feel free to PM me if you wish to know how they match up.

would you get Scotts Square? Duo Residences? Marina One? TP180?
all say around $3000psf for high floor units 1br.

I dont expect M1 to generate high yield either, but being located right in the heart of Marina financial district above the busiest MRT station, I expect this to become most talk about residential project in that area. Many people might not see it yet because of the messy AYE/ECP that is cutting through that area.
Being a M+S project, I wont be surprise that Temasek will become one of the anchor tenant then TOP.

It is just my guesstimate only, unless 2mil starting price is reduced or units are larger for 1rm. In eithercase, the land price 1k psf only. Scarely 2mil become <1mil lol!
