    Well, if it is true that HL owned the FH land, it still belongs them. HL has reversionary interest in the land i.e. Inflora residents have ownership for only 99 yrs. Thereafter, the land returns to HL.

    Book the unit before coming down the showflat!! Call KB Chong at 8182 4811 (ERA)
    2 br 818 sf at 811k = 991 psf
    2br+s 883 sf at 817k = 925 psf
    by the way these units are the ground floor pes units with open-to-sky pes area. so it doesn't seem cheap to me leh. what's the starting price of the non-pes 2br and 2br+s units?

    as for conversion to 99 leasehold land, from what i understand it's because developers have to pay development charges in order to develop the land, in addition to construction costs. development charges for freehold land is higher than 99 years, so it makes sense to convert it to 99 years in order to sell at lower prices in order to make it more affordable to more people.

    I don't think HL has revisionary interest on the land though. The conversion from FH agriculture to leasehold residential has to be done with the government, so rightfully it should belong to the government after 99 years tenure is up.

    Anyway, as of 10 pm yesterday:

    * 1 BR: Sold out
    * 2 BR: Sold out
    * 2+1 BR: Sold out
    * 3 BR: 10 #1 units, last #2 unit, last #5 unit
    * 4 BR: Sold out
    * 4 BR Dual Key: Sold out
    * 3 BR Duplex/Penthouse: 7 units

    Please contact for latest prices and availability.

    Yes , for eg. The remaining unit of 2+1 ground floor was priced at 799k on the ballot day. Then it was sold at 811k the second day. Price increase faster than bullet train

    Yeah! I agree with you. I won't call it cheap, but I must say that they really hit the sweet spot with the pricing. Well done HL... Anyway, it's good for the rest of us who are vested in this area. Hope one-lane Flora Dr can cope with all of us!

    I knew this project will be a sellout! Congrats all buyers

    And for the price, you really get quality fittings and well thought out design and space... HL and CDL have now set the tone.

    One major advantage of Inflora vs the other 2 recent launches is that it is not beside TPE or even any small roads. All residents will not have much road noise to deal with.

    It depends which side are you on. FEO has always set new price level in their projects. It benefits people who have units around their projects.

    totally agree with u eastboy. For those who keep wait wait wait the price drop, will always have to buy at the more expensive price.

    I am paying 5% absd because I am PR. Consider the very next day remaining units all raised by 2% , I felt the 5% absd is well spent
