The 1 Bedroom unit - size starts from 484 square feet.
This is going to block that side of Sky Habitat that is facing it! And all the open balconies of Sky Habitat that people from this new development can look at...
I see multi storey car park which should help to lower construction cost.
multi story carpark in the middle of the condo.so low class.i though usually far east projects have multi story carpark,now capitalland follows them.
Multi-Storey Car Park to reduce construction cost as Khng8 had pointed out earlier - so that the prices can be lower - the news from BT today is that this condo would be priced lower than Sky Habitat.
This could be another reason (I could be wrong) - to build a basement car park with sufficient car park spaces for a 694 unit condo on a relatively small site area means likely several levels of basement car park - the developer may not be allowed / able do so given that the MRT line is nearby. And the more levels of basement car park, the higher construction costs.
It looks rather like the DBSS that is nearby (next to Catholic High sch) due to the MSCP.
The swimming pools don't look sufficient for 600+ units.
I think we can expect super small unit sizes for this. The ultimate MM 3 bedder? Anybody have the floor plans?
Nearby, there is a mosque.
It seems like there is going to be one lap pool on the top floor of the MSCP. So should have enough swimming pools for all the 600 plus units.

50m pool is on 7th floor on top of mscp. There is apparently a viewing deck of sort on the top floor 37 storey. Any floor plans to see look?

if i have the money,i definitely will buy SH than this project.SH is more iconic and interesting.
The 1 bedders if at low to mid 6xxk will be a steal.
Interesting, there is totally not marketing hype for this preview launch. Till now still no project name
The immediate surrounding is definitely much better than centro, though the latter is very nicely done with a class feel but unfortunately unmatching location
The AC ledge size same as queen size bed?? Perhaps can cover up to block west sun
