    yeah, trilinq is the most under performing project.
    It has 755 units n only sold slightly over 100 units during vvip.

    heard agent said the cheques received for vvip was too overwhelming n on the actual vvip, developer (tink is IOI?) raised the prices above targeted vvip $. in the end, many potential buyers took back their chqs.
    tink a 1 bedder cost ard $1700/$1800 psf which is rather exp a few mths back.

    I tink tis one might nid to be stuck for quite some time le since if vvip sales is lousy, gg fwd will be even harder liao.

    Another poor performance project is Kingsford Hillview. Launched abt the same time as Triliniq.

    their psf pricing is attractive wor, but oso not moving ...
    though quantum is a lil too big, but always will hv buyers who prefer bigger units rite?

    Hillview peak is way over-rated development.

    The buyers are still in self-denial mode. Nonetheless, I feel sorry for them.

    This development is slated to fail; partly it is sitting in a smack of freehold and 999LH property belt.

    This is a good list to start visiting showflats this weekend!

    To the point about heartbeat of the property market, this list does not indicate heart beat la!

    To know the real heartbeat, must go down to the showflat to check it out. Some of these developments like Anguila whatever, I dont even think they entertain most of us.

    August will see sales volume rebound back.

    This story has been told many many times already, one month plunge, another month bounce back, another month hold constant.

    The only consistent thing is : prices slowly inching up 1% every month/quarter.
