Grade 8 coincided with my O level year. I had a Stress Sixteen and not Sweet Sixteen.

Similar for someone who has 5 million instead of using of it to purchase a nice big house bought a smaller PC and leave the rest to invest in a couple of PC to tap leverage on banks money and collect rental.
