    What is the typical period between signing the bank loan offer letter and the actual mortgage agreement?

    Uncompleted project. I submitted my OTP with bank load application, within a week, my mortgage is approved and signed.

    I think you're talking about offer letter, correct?

    The mortgage agreement takes some time, principally after evaluation etc is done....
