New Pasir Ris condo to be launched this weekend

Prices at 99-year leasehold Vue 8 range from $900 to $1,200 psf

VUE 8 Residence, the 99-year leasehold condominium in Pasir Ris Drive 3, will be launched for sale to the public on Saturday.

The development, a project by Capital Development and ZACD Investments, comprises 463 units in eight 16-storey tower blocks.

The units range from one to five-bedroom apartments, dual-key units and penthouses. Prices for the units range from $900 to $1,200 per square foot, depending on the unit type and facing.

The majority of the units (145) are three-bedroom ones of between 1,033 sq ft and 1,259 sq ft.

The 126 four-bedroom units are between 1,238 sq ft and 1,776 sq ft, while the 23 penthouses range from 1,873 sq ft to 3,391 sq ft.

The 13 four-bedroom dual-key units are between 1,615 sq ft and 1,690 sq ft.

Tricia Teo, the managing director of SLP International, the sole marketing agent for the project, said seafront developments have been highly sought after by home buyers and investors alike as they are limited in number.

"In recent months, new launches offering sea views in the East Coast and West Coast have been priced from an average of $1,300 psf and been well received.

"Vue 8 Residence will prove to be a good value purchase among the limited seafront belts in Singapore," she said.

Vue 8 Residence, located opposite Siglap Secondary School, is also near Park View Primary School, Coral Secondary School, Tampines Junior College, Temasek Polytechnic and the upcoming Singapore University of Technology and Design.
