Anyone know how the psf is like?
Around $1600.
Somebody told me the layout is very efficient.
No need someone to tell about layout, see the eBrochure for yourself.
No bullet, else will shoot.
Do you all think $1600 is on the high side or low side?
At least those who bought do not think it is on the high side.
And how come this 1 launch so quietly.
My colleague bought a unit there.
They mentioned the 3 bedder sold out first, followed by 2.
i guess the buyers are all buying for their own stay
The layout is efficient indeed and looks good. What's the quantum like? Guess maintenance gonna be ex ...
1bedder still got? The layout oso very functional.
Other than Thomson Plaza nothing around there. I am stranger to the locale.
Can anyone advice whats good in Thomson Plaza?
visited during the weekend, have to applaud developer for minimizing the ac ledge and factoring in queen size bed for all rooms.
as for avg 1600psf my only thought is buyers are feeling bullish of the market. can't help but feel projected 6.9mil is playing into many people's mind...
an abstract comparison for 3/11 and dunman regency both avg 1600psf i would pick dunman for location, however after seeing floorplan i'm swayed towards 3/11.
thomson plaza imo is long due for some upgrading/expansion works (i used to spend loads of childhood time there and the place aint changed for last 20 years)
Yes, the 3 bedder is a good upgrader's home. Has similar space to a 4A HDB. And nicer layout with maid's room and yard for the washing machine. Dining/living area a bit on the small side but the bedrooms are decent size. En-suite for 2 of the 3 bedrooms (unlike most 3 bedders these days with only one en-suite). 3 bedder was around 1.6+ million apparently.Originally Posted by smartboy2
Apart from Thomson Plaza, there are many green areas (Bishan Park, Treetops walk), Ai Tong Sch (less than 1km), Thomson Line station (likely to be entrance opp Thomson Plaza). Another Thomson Line station within 3 bus stops at Bishan Park which will probably be an interchange station in the future for the Cross Island line and can get to Jurong within a few stops (cutting across the Nature Reserve). North-south expressway will also serve this area (entrance and exit a short drive away @ Marymount). This is a quieter area. Not so much shopping as Thomson Plaza doesn't have many shops but as mentioned, it could be redeveloped in future. There's a nice wet market at Shunfu though (a few bus stops away).
There is also Thomson V which is in the mist of getting quality tenants in - Currently there is already Badger Balm, The Black Sheep Cafe there.Originally Posted by TheOnlyGayInTheVillage

3br showroom is nice, compact and yet can put in king (mbr) and queen size beds. Balcony is timber decked on floor, wall and ceiling. Really compact. Location is good. Top 2016, 3 years before Thomson line is up.
Lunch celebration cum gathering this Sunday for those interested.
P/S : not vested; for info only. Uol showroom coming up nearby.
