I believe that we have the best (or one of the best) infrastructure in areas such as the airport and seaport.

For Livable City, have to take into consideration factors such as living expenses and vibrancy of the city, and this is where Singapore has its "weaknesses".

but Singapore is not sheltered from man made disaster --- HAZE

For Livable City, have to take into consideration factors such as living expenses and vibrancy of the city, and this is where Singapore has its "weaknesses".

That's why the last 5 yrs investment are trying to spur up the vibrancy .
