    Today newspaper say ceiling height of 4.3m and 3.7m. Has URA development control rules change again? Very misleading if it's floor to floor height.

    Yup.. 4.3m is basically two storeys high already... sure or not?

    GFR 1.4 typically capped at 19.4m. 4.3 x 4x3.7 would add up just now so it's floor to floor height. Actually floor to ceiling height without the floor slab hould be around 4m and 3.4m.

    Yup... that sounds more right... my condo is 3.1m and its already feeling super high. When cleaning fan once a year, its a tall order for my not so tall maid even when we got her the very high ladder. Our 1st floor units are 3.5m. Can't imagine 4m...
