Agree this project has units with functional layout, no wasted space consumed by bay windows, planter boxes, bathtub and Good finishing. Developer so thoughful, the PES of the ground floor units are shielded from the upper floors......if only I have more vitamin M .....

Any suites still available? Do you think it's a good investment choice to buy suites for future rental?
Does anyone know when the developer will start the foundation work for stratum?

From an update one or two weeks' back from agent we bought our unit from, seems like quite a number of suites still available. But not sure what's the latest update though...Originally Posted by nickq

I heard from a reliable source that the cross island line mrt stns have already determined and there are some property agents could have knew about it are sharing it with close friends and relatives.
This is really good news. This confirms what the agent at the Stratum had said to me is true - the line will be along Drive 3 instead of Drive 1!
So I shall celebrate at the Seastrand this weekend evening!
Developer is redesigning the studio show unit. Think should be ready soon. Guess the take up rate shd be there.
What line is that passing thru dr3?
I hope east and west pasir ris along drive 3 would have the mrt stns deployed along the stretch. .by the time it is ready (2030), im not sure whether we could really enjoy the mrt facilities then..should it be happy or sad...aiya..
Dont really fancy mrt line too close to residential unless is underground
Though we might not enjoy the mrt in 2030, our investment or resale value will go up!

Oh no, that goes my hope away again!
Should worry more about the noise at the Stratum main junction of Pasir Ris Drive 3.Originally Posted by polly

Estuary Condo resident at Yishun already complaining about road noise.
I think those staying near the road at Stratum will not be spared either.
I think road noise is inevitable but it is not those express way type. If you are staying at downtown east area, the traffic jam along the junction could be even more unbearable.Originally Posted by GIG

There are more potential development along the coast line though it mentioned "trying" to preserve the nature. Look at the Vue8 and Oversea Family School, you think is it easily to compromise with the authority? This is a Super BIG project. If everyone is asking to give way for some reasons, the entire cost may be overrun.
One the other hand, downtown east is going to revamp with 200M budget, would you plan the route to be at drive 1 or drive 3 from business sense?
These are my exact arguments. However, a lot of people are saying otherwise - that MRTs are meant to serve largely HDB residents, thus it should be along Drive 1.
My argument is it should serve highest human traffic, not just about HDB residents. So there should be one station named "Elias" (behind VUE8) and the other named "Downtown East" (between Downtown East and Sea Horizon) to enable people to go to the newly refurbished Wild Wild Wet, Coast Sand Resort and the Pasir Ris Beach Park!

Good Day !!!
if got MRT, take it as a bonus..
Even if no MRT, still win
Stratum is a good development with or without MRT
Will part of Stratum be acquired to build the MRT if along Drive 3?
