Looks like there are not many interested investors for this development who usually would have quickly snapped all up the 1 bedders but mostly young families and HDB ugraders who are looking for a place to stay and bought more livable 2 bedder and up. The healthy housing demand is still strong.Originally Posted by radha08
The studios aint exactly cheap either. And as some minister said... Small unit rental in these outlying areas are largely untested.
Developer kept the suites in phase 1. They just launched them.
Thought with coming international school across the road, rental should be good?Originally Posted by TheOnlyGayInTheVillage

Overseas Family School vs Pasir Ris Greenbelt Lobby.
To be fair... those expat are usually families requiring large units. Should not have any bearing on the suites and one bedders rental.Originally Posted by Home Lover
1 bedder might appeal to single expat teachers just my 2 cents as usualOriginally Posted by TheOnlyGayInTheVillage

If our G listens to Greenbelt Committee, no international school... And that little forested area will continue to be the "lungs" of Pasir Ris.
the forest already being cleared and vue8 the next condo down the road ready to launchOriginally Posted by Zile

According to this report (April 2013), still no confirmed plan for the piece of land opposite Stratum --> International School with an enrollment of approx 3500 or high-rise residential development. Anyone has any updates? If you are staying around the area which option would you prefer?
