    Prudential or OCBC

OCBC has introduced a new MRTA option which will pay you back all your yearly premiums after the term is over.

Is OCBC the only one in the market that offers with the premium back?

Also, roughly how much more will it cost compare to the term one? 3x?

I think buying term plan is more worth it, isn't it?

Or else can buy life insurance.

That's what we're thinking also. Buying term insurance instead of mortgage...

    Anyone has inputs?

Gonna do study for it soon.
