In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma, degree, masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

Just curious - what is its Optical Zoom?
Just heard the bad news that a new development (either PC or EC) will be on the empty land between the open-air car park and Sea Horizon!
Which means our original dream of having an MRT stop there is now futile!
Oh, an agent from Sea Horizon told me so. He said I shouldn't get those north-west facing units because their potential sea views will all be blocked by this upcoming condo project.
And BTW someone recommended using the idiot-proof Sweet Home 3D freeware via an earlier post in this forum (downloadable from the following link):
http://www.sweethome3d.com/index.jsp
After using it, I developed a Blk 10, sea-facing Ripple Bay unit, drew it on the 13th floor, created a 300-metre land (with JLB Residences right in front of it) before the sea, and then the 2km-wide sea itself before reaching Pulau Ubin.
This is the view when one walks in from the main door. Thank goodness only a small patch of the remaining 300-m land is seen. Sea view is rather thick with Ubin and the sky taking the top part of the view. Now I don't need to fly a spy remote control helicopter to take its simulated shot! If you wish to have my file (so that you can edit it from there rather than starting from scratch), please PM me with your email address so that I can send it to you to enjoy a virtual tour or aerial tour around it!
Anyway, I'm really amazed by this freeware because it allows for very real simulations in terms of creating various floors (e.g. when it was 10th floor, the sea view is thinner), and even the 2-km wide sea!
Bro radha...superb!
How long did you wait to capture these moments?

No need 20 years lah. Assuming the cross island line is operational by 2030 and further assume it will take 10 to 13 years to build and test the systems, by 2015 or 2016 should know the final alignment and the stations. Prior to that, there would be SI appearing around PR so can start speculating once they appear![]()
2030 is a loooong time more eh.
I also think around Big 4 is realistic. I don't see how they can squeeze the train tracks and a station along drive 1.
On the plot between downtown east and sea horizon maybe can, depending on the popularity of the upgraded downtown east.
Next to sea strand will depend on the Loyang industrial developments. Less justification for the plot next to sea strand because there are lesser homes in that vicinity.
