    One of the blockbuster launches of the year...
    Heard Jardin dropped price to $1900psf plus/minus to clear unsold units. So I guess the LH KAP might not be priced close to that...

    KAP is supposed to be FH, I think. Anyway, I think the units are all very tiny.

    another mixed development with chatuchak like small retail units?

    if the shops at thomson V are the prelude, its a sign of things to come for these so-called mixed developments which have no anchor tenants and a whole chatuchak of small units.

    I wonder who will shop there? location is worst than Thomson v imo.
