I need a contractor to repair my apartment (kitchen sink leaking, tiles broken) and also paint the wall. Any good and reliable one to recommend? Not very expensive one... Thanks in advance

Are you doing minor repair work or the whole kitchen?

Not major. but kitchen sink is leaking. I think need to change with the table top.
