Most people with that kind of money wouldn't want to invest in such a location beside Disease Centers. People who stay in condos are less particular and don't mind the diseases. if you want to invest in a landed property in millions, why beside disease center right?

That area that you are referring to seem to be Novena instead of Newton. I do seem to infer that TS's reference to Newton area should be areas like Makepeace road etc
