this will reduce the number of curry-gate complaints

reduce HDB rental mkt, push up condo rental mkt (maybe garmen foresee condo mkt oversupply)

no more complaints about making HDB+condo owners sell off their HDB because already this is a "CM" on the HDB rental mkt

help malaysians get cheaper rental flats (on the asssumption this "CM" reduces HDB rental)
There is no good or bad location. There is only good or bad price.

    Good strategy
Hdb price is capped so people cannot kpkb about affordability
    Push rental to condo
    Win win win

Yah, next time 45% foreigners, HDB only allow 10% quota, where will the 35% stay?
