    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    good place to invest now, just thinking which town, some say mont kiara, some say Damansara heights, some say klcc, very confusing

    If you want good connectivity via their lrt, cbd, shopping malls, choose KLCC area. 2km range from the Twin Tower.

    have to balance between price and location. they were saying lrt network is not very significant in KL as most people prefer to drive from point A to B. hard to find good buys in KLCC now as prices have reached its pinnacle.

    In Singapore, there are still some sectors of properties which people can buy. But gotta act fast, not sure when they will CM this sector.

    Not sure where you heard from, expat love to take the lrt. the jams in cbd is horrible. prices in KLCC is not that up yet. It is still hovering around RM1000psf

    the prices to us is still cheap, but to them it is already considered high.

    Just bought a galaxy tab 2 wifi for $248. Its the only thing I know that is dropping price now haa haa.

    me eat wanton mee on sunday .. prefer green chili with it

    a good quality of mee & char siew + decent wanton(at least got some meat inside) = worth coming back

    I also eat the green chilli also put lots of pork lard which are free flow.
