Could anyone advise or help me on this issue ad I had already follow the below mention methods but still cannot work?
- informed the technical email help but no reply,
- restricted the size of the photo to very mininimum,
- formate of the size in jpg,
- used to loaded pics in the past but it had been a month and I try load but failed with error msg.

Yes that's how I upload photos as well.
TS, you can upload your photo to any file sharing site eg facebook, twitter etc, then as Arcachon said, right click on photo, click copy, and paste it directly onto this forum.
This is the best way as you don't have to resize the file and it will appear directly which means it will not appear as a thumbnail.
In that way, people don't have to log into the forum to view it.

Ya, I have this problem too but the forummers taught me another method of posting like using facebook or twitters, so far haven't tried because no new photos to contribute yet.
