Church land are very rare and prized asset. Sure big churches will be eye them, especially in new township like Punggol where they are huge percentage of young middle income Singaporeans.

it's city harvest church lah........there's a huge 4 storey high cross, on another side of the building but can't be seen from the photo.

build one megachurch, get a pop career, huge following, multiple properties in horizon towers and one sea-facing unit at sentosa.
