    so late meh? I heard ppl said if no delay, usually 10mths liao will ask for the 1st 10% wor ...

    la fiesta (launched in Jan) ppl alrdy starting to receive in late oct ...

    It depends on the pile date. For BR, piling started in april. So I'd hazard earliest will also be end Jan. Need to start getting the next 10% ready.

    The development without basement carpark usually take shorter time to bulid its foundation. BR has basement carpark, need longer time as it need to dig out the soil, with rains falling very often, it is going to take longer time....
