    Just a quick question... I was just informed by my friend that if my current HDB is under joint ownership, then my Bartley Ridge needs to be under both names if I want to sell my HDB within 6months of TOP to get back the 7% ABSD.... is that true? cos if so then i am screwed....

    This is possible, but most units should have collected their keys three months after TOP.
