The pricing is similar to Bedok Residences. I might as well get Bedok Residences

    Very difficult question. Hmm.......

Both the same, not good. Far from everywhere.

2 bedder 12xx-13xx psf, 1 bedder 14xx-15xx psf, 2 bedder looks budget, and more importantly 328 of 546 are 1 bedder

But it only took the developer half year to clear all the stocks. Am I right?

85% of whole project sold seems rather impossible since "only" 100+ units were sold yesterday.

Why Bedok? Very old HDB town with not much character other than many suicide cases. Somehow other HDB heartlands like Toa Payoh, Tiong Bahru and Queenstown, even though older, trumps Bedok in terms of personality. Bt Panjang is less crowded and surrounded by nature. Only problem is the downtown lilne construction. But this project will complete after the downtime line is completed. And with new MRT around and amenitieis, should be on par or even exceed Bedok in terms of livability.

200+ units sold according to OT agent in first phase as of last night. Pretty impressive.

    Subjective personal preference on location.

I would prefer bedok residences. Capitaland is good at managing mass market mall.

Bukit Panjang Plaza is under Capitaland too, if I'm not wrong and it is near to Hillion.

    http://info.sgx.com/webcoranncatth.nsf/VwAttachments/Att_EE8A89086B02CAA548257B340035A695/$file/Sim.Lian.launches.Hillion.Residences.at.the.heart.of.Bukit.Panjang.pdf?openelement

they already sold 200+ units on monday and tuesday and yet they are saying initially offering 250 units for sale tomorrow.

so after tomorrow they will announce that response overwhelming and they released more units and sold 300+, make it sound like damn hot so that pple will chiong in to buy during weekend?
