    1. Got money no house to buy.
    2. Got labor no land to built.
    3. Wait for the lease to go to zero.
    4. Can only rent.

    enbloc and sers old flats condos and build 40 storey blocks can generate another 700k apartments
    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    With little land sales to generate revenue in future, lease renewal and SERS replacement flats are likely to be more expensive.

    The PAP garment has ways to suck money from its own people. Eg ABSD, development charges (btw, 50% of windfall gains from rezoning / intensification of plot ratio goes into garment's pocket.) At the stroke a pen, the finance minister can create a lot more funding sources to finance whatever future plans.

    if i "own" 1 HDB and 1 condo, and if my HDB en-bloc, can i buy back a HDB or ec?? My life is full of hope now

    My fully paid HDB is the Mall+MRT.
