Time will be the judge but now you still have to wait paying interest versus Mt Sophie as a ready project at cheaper price given stable cash flow .. and Soleil gonna be totally blocked from every angle.. by That very last time before sudden stop in activities the developer just got too greedy raising the prices up to 1,700 and shockingly the punters fell for it ..
