I don't think it will be ready by end of this month too. TOP at the end of the year will be good

I have called the developer, Mr Zachary(No:90067636) on yesterday...

The targeted date to obtain TOP is Dec 2015-Feb 2016.

the developer, authentic builder, seems to get 1loft and 1suites wrongly.

looking at their website, they mixed up lor 20 n 24 project.

I think it's very slow lor. Other people's project bigger scale and complete faster.
Better make sure that they give us quality finishing. Otherwise, I think there will be lots of complains.

Not too sure. Wait until they paint it. I actually dont like the square2 things in green yellow n red as well can we ask them not to add that thing on the window?

not possible until 1 yr when the residents form the committee and someone raises this issue and the residents vote. but taking them out will cost money. anyway my chosen unit does not have the color thing crossing my unit.
