    mostly HDB upgraders. not that they are deterred. made up of serious buyers who have been waiting waiting and waiting since 2009/10. as long as price is right, sure sell out in suburbs.

    I doubt cdl will launch plot 5 tis yr leh. dnest sales has been quite sluggish for the past few mths, if launch liao will be harder to move the remaining units.

    The D'Nest showflat is torn down. Would HL launch the 5th plot by ASAP before any further price erosion take place? What would be the target price? Anyone hear anything yet?

    As per 31 December 2013, D'NEST status is 3.1% completed. Only 2% increase from 30 Sept status.

    Very slow progress. Hope that it is because foundation is the most difficult. Hope for a faster progress next qtr.

    How do you know the percentage of the progress? Is there a website to look at?

    Based on the latest update from CDL, the development progress for D'NEST is now 8.5%. I hope they can speed up from now on.

    Has anybody visited coco palm?
    It seems to be more expensive and units are smaller too.

    I feel that Coco Palm's price is not expensive enough. Considering it is nearer to MRT. I was hoping it would start from at least $538k instead of $498k.
    Higher prices for Coco Palms mean greater chances to drive up our Dnest prices in the future.
    What a pity.
