Thanks for all those who contributed to the neighbour list. But it seems that not many D'nestizens are aware of this thread hor...

At the same time, there would be alot of digging in the nearby areas in which noises and pollution would be expected to stay for quite sometime

Thks for pointing out... those concrete structures in the far indeed belong to our neighbour Palette. D'nest is still in the process of levelling the ground

Good to hear that D'Nest has started construction. I hope it will complete at about the same time as Palette. My unit at Palette faces D'Nest so I hope D'Nest will be near completion when I move in. Don't think I can bear with all the noise from the construction.

The signboard outside D'Nest says expected date completion is first quarter of 2017. It's not too far from Palette TOP.
The showflat is moving out...seems that the 5th CDL condo at Pasir Ris Grove will be on sale soon...

They should be more strategic about the last piece of golden land. It is arguably the best plot. They should launch it much later rather than now, when the market appears to be slowing down....

Furthermore, I am worried that any new project may further delay the top of Palette and D'Nest.

Ideally, I hope D'nest completes by beginning of 2016.

If the land was bought the same time as the other four, don't think they have the time luxury to drag till the market turns better, given the government restriction on land banking.

Thanks. Good for us I guess. Can cut through and Shorter walk to Central. My wish list is that the surrounding proposed high rise developments are for commercial purposes.

For the first time, D'Nest is now listed in CDL TOP progress with 1.1% work has been done. Hope it will be faster for the subsequent update.

Based on Palette progress, they took more than 1 year for the foundation. However I hope D'Nest foundation can be faster since the constructor is different.

From the layout the door to door distance seems to be very very close for most units (estimated 1.4m). Hope this is not what we'll be getting

912 units at D'NEST are indeed very crowded. Can't imagine that the last plot of land nearer to MRT will have even 944 unit. Anyone know how big is the size of the last plot of land that CDL has?

how about the usage of the facilities like the swimming pools and lifts? but i think the maintenance costs would be lower as so many units sharing?
