Good, i hope they can start the construction soon. Btw, anyone knows how many units still unsold? From URA website, it shows 630 units with caveat has been lodged, that means there is still around 280 units unsold, but i think d'nest should actually perform better than that.

814 units sold as of 15 jul.. Ura website shows. though at the moment only ard 630 caveat lodged.. how come u know 3 bedders out? Is it Sat papers advertisement states 2% off for 4 bedders? Last wk sat papers still show 3 bedder suite .. I had the same assumption when I saw the last wend sat papers too.

3 updates. First, finally I saw some digging taking place at Dnest site. That's good.

Second, saw newspaper today that said Dnest left only 88 units

Thirdly, I saw hoarding at the hill like green field. Looks like some development going to take place. Hopefully it is a public place that allows walking through, because that is a viable short cut to Wgite Sands.

Would be very interesting to see how cdl price this geographically most superior plot among the five. If priced unreasonably higher, the other four huat. If priced competitively against dnest, confirm a sold out. Climate is changing with demand shattered by stricter loan policy and potential over supply as early as next year.
