With a 4 bedder at Corals going for 10m, this project seems like cheap change....Seriously people, where does all this money come from??? I wanna know your secret!!!

Come... The 4 room in Coral is 3660 sqft.. What is the size of D'Nest 4 room? If at 1000 psf for D'Nest, it will also cost near to 4 million for that size... Also I saw it is ard 6 to 7 million.. Please advise..
hmm true. dnest largest 4bdr is 1798sqf, and even the largest 6-bdr ph unit in dnest is 3455sqf, which is still smaller than the corals 4bdr.

If you miss this opportunity. You have to wait a bit longer for Pasir Ris central to further development which is close to amenity, MRT, etc. By then the project will be even more expensive.
