    surprised that NV also crossed 1k psf so comprehensively. i was at the launch, it is some distance from Pasir Ris MRT, the only draw for me was the curved L shaped window view for the master bedroom.

    prices will naturally go up with TOP. You can move in (almost) immediately and no need to wait for 2-3 years. That's a huge draw.

    Is livia also in the 1100+psf range as well? If no wonder, theb I guess d'nest sales isn't surprising.

    So RC ledge + AC ledge + bay window + planter = how much usable space left ?
    Toilet can grow plants. Trellis for some means can grow grapes?

    RC ledge is not counted, got planter+bay window but no balcony so same same lah

    I nominate this as project of the year ... 700 units in a month I must kowtow

    #02-14 is the cheapest non #01 936 sq ft so far 892 sq ft 835.5k.

    Now seems like all new OCR condos for mm that are about 700m to 1.1km from any mrt, no 12xx psf. no talk...... Those doorstep ones(less than 150m from any mrt), 14XXpsf -17XXpsf seems the norm. Somemore all sold out on day 1 of VVIP preview.....

    You are allowed to deck the planter. Not necessary to have plants.

    1-BR, 2-BR, 3-BR Compact, 5-BR and Pent house all sold out

    Left with a few of the following
    3-BR Suite, 4-BR Compact and 4-BR Suite
