(I;E, 850-1000ft2 for 2 bd room unit before 2011, is compatable to that of 700-850ft2 after 2011).Has the market taken this into account and adjusted the psf price before and after 2011? (i:e between condo. with and without bay windows) By this definition,can we deduce that psf price for older resale unit shall be about 10% lower than that of the new launch due to the addition of not-so-useful bay window space?
