Default Do you think land price has peaked in this cycle?

    Tanah Merah - 790psf
    Jurong East - 700psf
    Bishan - 875psf
    Bukit Merah - 975psf
    Farrer Road - 1100psf

Note land price has peaked does not mean transaction price has peaked as land price could stabilize slightly below the above thresholds and go flat for next few years Both construction cost and finance cost can go up too

I agree with roly.. Land price shd be going up slowly. Good thing govt is coming up with CMs to rein the increase.. Slow but steady rise.

Once the MTBs start going bk in ppty.. Due to buay tahan factor, as well as increasing inflation, interest rates.. The perhaps land price will peak.

As long as there are still ppl in the sideline still waiting to spot "opportunity" to go in.. It will still increase gradually.
