    why why tell me why? is it due to proximity to MRT? why Optima/Caspian rental $1000 more than Trevista

    There is one May transaction 1bedder at 3.2k for trevista. A few earlier at 2.8k.

    Generally i feel that OCR rental is comparable to city fringe ones recently.

    It is really astonishing to see optima/caspian 1 bedder to command 3-3.2k.

    Nobody would have guess it and some MM haters previously predicted 2-2.5k for ocr 1bedder.

    MRT of course. 20 mins to CBD from Optima.

    1 hour to CBD from Toa Payoh.

    pasir panjang ..to CBD 28 mins by bus ...tried that in 2008 ...
    not sure how long by circle line mrt though


    so PP rental shud also be higher than TPY ...

    but optima walk to mrt 2mins
    trevista walk to mrt 12mins (not very sure about this)

    makes alot of difference

    Yishun to City Hall should be around 30-35min.

    For sure it is something to do with Trevista being further away from MRT (500m-600m) vs Optima/Caspian 100-200m distance

    Also not many ppl will pay 3k for TPY prison like living condition I guess

    actually trevista to bradell mrt is about 1-2min walk excluding waiting for traffic light.
