    MAS latest measure to restrict years of loan might just accelerate this process of getting to 1m resale HDB ... those borderline baby boomers 40+ immigrants will be forced to buy earlier, every 1y delay means can borrow less 1y

    Don't u see HDB resale COV is highest in don't know how many years, my prediction of HDB resale property index > 250 will be realized by 2014

    And 2012 we ended with firework for Asian properties .. it is a good sign

    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    as more and more CMs come on stream, we will be seeing more and more unwanted outcomes as options become less and less.

    But those are not the average HDBs... its in so-called prime areas.

    CM is good for the property market. Was at a recent exhibiton for overseas' project and can see lots of uncle, aunties and even young couple have investing in overseas project. This could be due to the limited opton in Singapore.

    nah !!....
    sell hdb at S$1mil, sell condo at S$2mil first... after that rent a place...
    then start a new thread "when will property crash by 70%"... every 10min add new posts...
    start buying hdb/condo/EC when market crash by 60%....

    even sell HDB at 1m is only for good location, new HDB (e.g. 1997 onwards), near MRT etc ... say 1200sqft HDB is 1m, psf = 833psf

    So PC psf must hit 1600psf ... 3br compact 900sqft x 1600psf = 1.4-1.5m

    2.2m is out of affordability so 3br PC must shrink
