2012 is coming to an end (time really flies) - in slightly more than 3 weeks time it will be 2013.

So what do you think is the Best Private Condo launched this year:

Some of the possible candidates (please add in more) are:

* Parc Centros (it is close to the MRT and to a future major shopping centre - not surprising that its sold out)

* See Esta
* Ripple Bay
* Parc Olympa
* Eco
* Seletar Park Residence
* Katong Regency
.....etc.

Yes, one of the top nominees for worst performing launches - still less than one third sold.

But think sales should improve towards TOP time.
