Heigh Rize Vs Low Rize

I am looking forward to own an apartment in Eldeco Group Noida but I am a bit confused between the ones in low and high rise properties. Noida offers beneficial deals in both low and high rise. So, please help me to take this decision while I should own an apartment in high rise properties or not. I would like to know which one is beneficial as per future perspective.

advantages of high rise
1) smell of pigs/cows' faeces/urine cannot reach those staying in high rise

advantages of low rise
1) power outages, not so tired to walk up and down the stairs.


both high rise and low rise have their advantages.
however, due to frequent power outages in the area, personally i would prefer low rise as my wife no need to bring milk jugs, water buckets, groceries so high up. I love my wife very much, so I try to lessen her burden.
