Don look at ships... no no no..

Look at people coming to Singapore by AEROPLANE and losing money at Casino here. More people lose money means economy is better. This is because they have the money to lose.

    Default Is Rivergate good fengshui?

I notice tis is a big FH project in central town wi lots of space. Even their B2 carpark is luxurious... Is tis project good? Fengshui good or bad since it has a 'Gate' n next to Singapore River ??

seems like Capitaland builds all iconic projects in Singapore. So buy their projects at the right time sure make money?

I love this project! I've seen quite a few developments in D9 and D10, and still like this the most.

Ample parking space. Blk 99 does not have access to the underground car park though

All the 3 blocks have access to the B1 car park. Yes, more than enough space and most park with no car besides them.

Easy to rent out given demand from expats with families.

Finally bit the bullet and bought a unit the weekend after CM7 was announced.

Adding some photos for reference, since I don't see any recent photos.

Typical sky garden (not roof garden)

    Rooftop garden on 41st floor

Sky gym on 34th floor of Blk 99

Thanks! I hope I made the right decision

Yes, $1200 psf would have been a super slam dunk!

Congrats. Nice photos. Your unit facing looks the best.
Good development. However, somehow not impressed with the river view though.

Puzzled why you bought after CM7 and not wait a while.
    Own stay should be OK

Living room - I realised some units have white marble floor tiles, but no one has been able to tell me why. Did the original buyers pay extra for this? The seller's agent said that the original buyers could choose, but I don't see why any buyer would choose homogeneous tiles over marble.

    Smaller bedroom

Thanks. Yes, I think this is the best view for the 2-bedders. The views from Stack 5 (3 bedders) would even better.

Re CM7: well, I saw this unit and really really liked it. 1 of the top floors for 2 bedders, with the sky gym and sky garden on the same floor, so my heart overruled my head

No lah, I sold my earlier property in 2012, and thus have the full benefits of (re)buying a first property. Also, am moving overseas for 2 or 3 years, so thought I'd take the risk of earning rent versus possible / likely further drop in prices.
