    Default Is property fever gone?

    For the first time since 2009, I noticed no new thread started for 15 hours at condo forum after Bishan new bidding result....

    Usually, new thread will start shortly around 5 to 6 pm and members will start debating on bidding results... for yesterday result, no new thread but just some discussion at Sky Habitat thread....

    Seem like property investment interest is dying now and does it mean it's time to go hibernation now for property investment? I am getting bearish.....

    Year end, merry making, people overseas, etc.
    Don't think the fever has abated.
    Yesterday I received a flyer in my mail which the agent said 2 transactions done by him this month, the highest ever for the past 1 year in my condo.

    property is in every singaporeans blood it will never die....
    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    the market seems quiet cos of the holiday season with few launches. wait till echelon launches, the fiscal cliff properly settled, and the new launches by fragrance followed by keppel, then it will all come back.

    now maybe we are all waiting for carbuncle to re-morph on 21 Dec after his hols !!!

    It will rekindle just wait for Obama next move on tackling the fiscal cliff. Look out for Echelon in Redhill area.

    and BTO real demand comes for mature estates ... these HDBs are quite far from MRT

    actually the forum getting boring.

    is not fever gone....

    is just price still moving up steadily... no much changes,... no major events happenning.... don;t you guys notice colin tan seldom talk liow,... and H88.com also nothing much to update...

    think takes ~2month, only after 2nd appointment then updated on HDB database... that queenstown 1mil EM until now not in database yet (think by tomorrow 01 Dec 2012 new update interval will have it recorded)...
