    even GE also got cooling off period.

    imagine buy ppty same as insurance - got 14 day cooling off period. can return the units with no penalty.

    is there new law??? in addition to option period (lose 25% of booking fee)?

    If like this, every kiasu will book every unit at every new launch... to see how the market goes, since it can be returned without penalty... there will be absolute chaos

    Your 14 days bfore option exercise is your cooling off period mah. You incur some fee to cover the adninistration fees no?
