I love La Feista too.....but I think 1200psf a bit too excessive relative to other projects in Seng Kang. I would think projects such as Riversails and Riversound better deal and financially more prudent. Some of my friends pointed out that it is hard to justify paying 30% more in psf despite the premium location.
