doesn't. platform area is free.
i dunno the rules, but it seems like only when u can stand up comfortably on the 2nd "floor" then the airspace is counted. i think easily must be > high 4m, close to 5m or more ceiling then they will double count the airspace. all these platforms are called furniture decks and with <4m ceilings.
