D16 Bedok has one of the cheapest landed property. Anyway usually landed property owners go for freehold. I suspect mostly Bedok/Tampines HDB upgraders issit? I heard key selling point is can rent to the Changi Business Park Indian workers. I think Changi area is now the new Little India.

I don't think so. These are the back office you know - they don't get $5 million bonus. These are those IT back office support, call centers etc. Work that Singaporeans don't like to do and that's why hire the indians and Filipinos. And definitely not the "silicon valley" more like IT and ops back office. I've been to one of the back offices before - rows and rows of Indians on one floor plate- not half as glamorous. Having said that, they still need a place to stay and therefore rental demand for the area. So we need to find out how many of these indians work there?

Yes.. Have 582 units...So if sold 330 unit means ard 56% sold... For D'Nest is 900 plus units with 600 plus sold which is ard 68%..Originally Posted by wira

I suggest those buying or bought, go to Optima, and experience the noise first, buses and MRT
Location is better in the future. The mrt train noise along this road is a problem for quite a lot of the condos here.Originally Posted by Laguna
Wah lau. This annoying TV commercial using Mediacorp stars comes on almost EVERY commercial break. The developer really spend a lot of money promoting this condo.

Ad or no ad, for those who need to buy they will still buy.
Wow your maiden post since you joined in 2009 and it is about Felicia Chin!Originally Posted by creative_vitamin
Yup I agree with you.
She is so robotic in this UV ad.
She was better in the Parc Rosewood one.
Agree with you.Originally Posted by kEN9170
You will find the place if you are interested in it.
Some developers eg Allgreen don't bother to advertise or advertise minimally as they say the buyers will find them.
I still remember the advertisement for Parc Rosewood 1 bedder from $398k. Wow $398k.
was annoyed too.Originally Posted by Wild Falcon

This is not complaining. This is about having an opinion. There are people with no opinion about anything at all. Everything is "fine". I don't find the commercial in good taste and its outright annoying when it comes on every 10 minutes.
