D16 Bedok has one of the cheapest landed property. Anyway usually landed property owners go for freehold. I suspect mostly Bedok/Tampines HDB upgraders issit? I heard key selling point is can rent to the Changi Business Park Indian workers. I think Changi area is now the new Little India.

Looks like the ABNN at Changi Business Park would have more choices liao. So many new launches here. Does anyone know how many Indians work in Changi Business Park? Is it more than 10,000? Then I guess rental potential is there.

I don't think so. These are the back office you know - they don't get $5 million bonus. These are those IT back office support, call centers etc. Work that Singaporeans don't like to do and that's why hire the indians and Filipinos. And definitely not the "silicon valley" more like IT and ops back office. I've been to one of the back offices before - rows and rows of Indians on one floor plate- not half as glamorous. Having said that, they still need a place to stay and therefore rental demand for the area. So we need to find out how many of these indians work there?

    Location : good
    Quality : very doubtful
Landscape : very cheap set up or minimum
Block to block distance : too close for comfort
ceiling height : don't go for platform

I suggest those buying or bought, go to Optima, and experience the noise first, buses and MRT

Location is better in the future. The mrt train noise along this road is a problem for quite a lot of the condos here.

Wah lau. This annoying TV commercial using Mediacorp stars comes on almost EVERY commercial break. The developer really spend a lot of money promoting this condo.

I personally don't trust such ads featuring MediaCorp actors / actresses.

Wow your maiden post since you joined in 2009 and it is about Felicia Chin!

    Yup I agree with you.
She is so robotic in this UV ad.
She was better in the Parc Rosewood one.

    Agree with you.
You will find the place if you are interested in it.
Some developers eg Allgreen don't bother to advertise or advertise minimally as they say the buyers will find them.

This is not complaining. This is about having an opinion. There are people with no opinion about anything at all. Everything is "fine". I don't find the commercial in good taste and its outright annoying when it comes on every 10 minutes.
