    8.30 pm 23rd march though no picture no talk. The showroom is still filled with many eager buyers and agents.

    Is super cheap just 600k.Near mrt.no choice but to add to my collections as well. as through near mrt as an investor will seriously just get it without thinking and much thought and consideration for me.

    how is the feeling of paying ABSD?
    5xxb sitting on the sidelines .. if 1m 1 unit, enough to buy 5000 projects

    Capitaland makes most of their money through RIETs and not by selling properties. We shall see from this new CEO.

    I agree ... but PAP very stingy leh ... personal tax rebate up to 1.5k ... if i have 100k parked in the bank, I lost 4k per year liao to inflation

    Tanah Merah and Potong Pasir will be competing in launching project in the next 1-2 months. TM has the keppel development while PP has CDL and ..

    after learning from 1990-1996 super bubble ... this time they introduce CMs such that price increase is kept in check

    they are so successful that the rate of price increase did not outpace M2 growth rate this time

    in fact, in the top 20% income bracket, income growth probably outpaces price growth

    Exactly, Gohman don't see the point! They contributed to the overall costs and then the property price . Sell high and high cost of the land will pass down to the buyer eventually. They thought property developers are in the business to loose money.

    Who made the most money? The gahman la sell high but collected the lands at very cheap rate many years ago from the people.

    CM is the consequences of their course la and it's the bad vicious cycle now.

    Just curious, who are the potentials that will buy keppel project opposite?

    Those that find UV layout lousy etc. yet don't mind buy higher psf later when keppel launch?
