Did you check the ceiling height in the showflat personally? It may not be the same as what you get in your condo. Don't take the agent's word for it either. Showflat is usually quite deceiving. Some walls are missing. Makes things look more spacious that they are.Originally Posted by East Lover
Have you ever tried sleeping in loft before? If you haven't you need to try. Put yourself in your tenant's position.
I tried in Festive hotel @ Sentosa ... I think the ceiling height got 5m ... already buay tahan
Try it yourself first

I don't think that has 5m height. 3.5m maybe. But I could be wrong. Anyway that's one way to check it out.
As mentioned, my kids were fighting to to sleep in the loft. In the end 4 people squeeze into the King size bed.
ha ha ha ha ... I same situation as u ... ended up I sacrificed for my wife / kid .. there was not enough room for me, my leg hit the wallOriginally Posted by chiaberry

549 2 bedders is a joke. The Government limit studio size, they build super MM 2 bedders happily.
3bedder MMs are right in the horizon.
Based on the '70sqm' rule, max units of urban vista should be around 560 but it actually managed to squeeze 582!
With indicative pricings at $1550psf it is screaming blue murder.
Madness
Originally was quite interested in the Soho. But it's only 430 over sqft and ceiling is low. If price lower than 680k not sure anyone will consider?
Many ppl same as you see how quiet this thread is comparing with echelon n QBayOriginally Posted by Xan
