Did you check the ceiling height in the showflat personally? It may not be the same as what you get in your condo. Don't take the agent's word for it either. Showflat is usually quite deceiving. Some walls are missing. Makes things look more spacious that they are.

Have you ever tried sleeping in loft before? If you haven't you need to try. Put yourself in your tenant's position.

I don't think that has 5m height. 3.5m maybe. But I could be wrong. Anyway that's one way to check it out.

As mentioned, my kids were fighting to to sleep in the loft. In the end 4 people squeeze into the King size bed.

2 bed DK can consider.....stack 28. You have the fp for it? I don't think it will come cheap. Facing is relatively good (pool).

Mostly 'investors' here I guess. To live, look at Eco, optima, casa Merah and east meadows...

Kepland plot will be at least 1500-1600. I guess UV will be around 1300-1400 after discount?

Besides the high psf, the compact design is also a challenge for buyer to imagine how to live comfortably. Will u buy?

I reckon most will be buying to rent out rather for own stay. I would have gone for Optima/Casa Merah/Eco if I am buying for stay. Unfortunately, I am being priced out of this area le ... ;(

549 2 bedders is a joke. The Government limit studio size, they build super MM 2 bedders happily.

Based on the '70sqm' rule, max units of urban vista should be around 560 but it actually managed to squeeze 582!
