Because la fiesta 1 bedder already at 580k.
This UV 1 bedder soho 100k more is quite expected being at better location with mezzanine. Both are of equal size though.

If Looking for self stay, Eco will b a better choice.

But gut feel tells me Q bay hv little upside.

    I know how it's like living in a 800 sq ft area but that's a 1-bedder.
So when I saw this plan - a 2-bedder and dual key less than 700 sqft. It perked my interest. How did they do that?!

Not really a DK as theres only one kitchen.
Got a wild thought, Probably they should consider moving the kitchen/stove/sink to the foyer so that both tenant and owner can access and share, while keeping both doors shut for owner and tenant privacy. But ventilation might be a problem and size of foyer need to be slightly bigger in order to accommodate the kitchen.

actually to tie in with your shared kitchen, they can just move the door for the bigger unit behind the kitchen. though doubt this is what they want...

They were at tampines interchange giving out flyers. It just said condo at tanah merah so I assumed it is this project.
The lady giving out the flyers was not wearing any uniform so I assume she was not an agent.

The dual unit without kitchen seems to function as a hotel room. So it can be rented out on short lease, daily and weekly. No need to sign any agreement or stamp. URA cant catch.

Yap, exactly what I mean. The whole idea is to share the kitchen and at the same time maintain privacy.

this must be the smallest kitchen I have ever seen. But if people don't cook much it can work too I guess

This is having dual key for the sake of having dual key.

The foyer area that seperates the two is a wasted space. It would have been more meaningful as a single unit and the foyer space fully utilised

    Hi all,

The floor plans which are floating in many websites are of draft versions and may subject to changes as may be approved by relevant authorities. Allow me to update you guys once the more actual version once released.

It is 2nd week of 2013! Hope everyone to have a great week ahead.

I supposed everyone here read about the boss of Fragance and his car...a huge car, Royce cost $1.3m sold for $300K, and the car is only 2-3 years old...and sue for the loss of $1m.

I highly doubt he sold at arm length, perhaps to some associate for $300k.

If that is the case, I would completely write off all projects by Fragance. If a boss behalf like that, then what about the rest????

On top of that, they build super fast....it is very scary.....even Price called two years faster than FEO.

There is nothing but bad publicity for Fragrance.

Price and gang shot them down for alleged misinformation on TOP date.

Laguna now suggesting dubious quality of their projects.

But i still think UV will sell out pretty quick.

Location is a no brainer. And fits all 3M gao.gao.

I guess Minton's layout loses out in the very big balcony + planters + baywindows (easily 15% or more?) But it has a separate kitchen which i think is very practical and important =)
