    Default 1.3M budget for 3 bedroom unit near MRT

    Any suggestions of a 3 bedroom unit (apart from Geylang, Woodlands and Tuas)? Preferably newer developments within walking distance to MRT... condo ... Thanks!

    Bliss at Kovan, 3 bed, high celling, 5 minutes walk to Kovan MRT (I walked myself when was at the show flat somewhere in April), about $1.3m+ during April time (not sure the price now or still available), surrounded by low rise landed and also eateries, opposite the MRT is the Kovan hawker centre, coffee shops, etc.

    Estuary is considered far from MRT lah. Even walking at almost half walk half running speed will take 10 to 15 minutes for me.

    Bliss 3 bedder should be 1.5m - 1.6m according to caveat lodged.

    If there's a rear gate facing the stadium then walking distance to MRT is just 680m or 9 min. Not sure where is the opening though...

    Bartley Residences. Within walking distance to MRT. 3 Bedder facing the Bartley Road is about 1.25-1.3m.

    Maybe I remembered wrongly, or it could be with discount or smaller 3 bed. But I thought I heard $1.3m+. A little too high a price for me, but I really like the development.

    Anyway, it was back then in April, memory faded.

    Madeira@BUkit Gombak. Big size 3 bedders, >1200sqft, efficient layout, unblock view to JB and beyond, modern design, well maintained as good as new, 2mins mrt yet no mrt noise, 0min to 24hr coffeeshops, 24hr Mac, 24hr supermarket, hawker, wet market, 2 stop from JLD, best of all much less than 1.3mil

    Max 10 mins from Estuary and since when was this considered far? Expectations are indeed changing very fast for Sinagproeans. Spoilt lot. PAP is going to have a hard time handling the future generation of Singaporeans.

    I think East Meadows at Tanah Merah still possible to get ... walking distance to MRT, Simpang Bedok coffeeshops, supermarket, etc ...

    Go for Bartley Resi. 3 BR only $1.3+.. Selling out soon.

    Another one is Bedok Resi. But price is $1.5m

    Bedok residence still got units at 1.5m? This one sure got good rental with the shopping and complete transport nodes

    Hahaha...forgo the MRT, 200k get a good car and 100k for petrol and servicing for 10 yrs...
